Jim Portons, commonly referred to as Jimie’s, Jim’s, or Jim’s house is a restaurant based in the Purple Woods. Jim Portons serves donuts, coffee, tea, and delicious food.
The restaurant was founded by Jim Porton the woodchuck after he had trouble finding a decent donut in the Purple Woods. Initially Jim was baking donuts and serving coffee out of the back of his groundhog hole. Jim’s donuts were a huge hit with the local forest creatures. Soon after, he built a store with the help of the field mice and the beavers.
Jim Portons has become a landmark in the Purple Woods, and its popularity with the woodland animals continues to grow. Jim prides himself in using all organic ingredients sourced locally from Lundy farm.
